Caps Beer Garden - Newark

I placed my order using the iPad, and as soon as I paid, my drink arrived—literally within a minute. While they were searching for the card reader, I attached a picture. I ordered a lobster roll that included avocado and shrimp. It was tasty, but a bit on the dry side. It could really benefit from a touch of eel sauce or spicy mayo.

Avoid this restaurant if you're looking for sushi, as it’s completely absent from the menu. You order from a tablet at the bar, and good luck trying to find a server. The beer arrived quickly, but the pizza took a whopping 30 minutes. There’s a small button on the tablet to call your server, which I did, but the pizza showed up at the same time as I did—just not fast enough. On the plus side, the pizza was decent; surprisingly better than I expected. It was enough to satisfy two people’s hunger, and it was the most affordable option there. Overall, most places in this terminal receive poor reviews, and this one definitely wouldn't thrive if it weren’t for the captive audience.

I had no luck with this restaurant for the second time. After attempting to order some iPads, I ultimately gave up.

You have to order through the QR code. The 3 employees would rather talk to each other instead of serving the customers. Service is painfully slow. I expected the $21 price tag on the airport **** mary, no garnish nothing but the mix and vodka and does it need to take 15 minutes to get???

Beer came pretty quick but not cold. Ordered fries as well and followed up with staff but after waiting well over an hour had to leave to catch my flight so maybe swing by for a quick drink but not food (or more specifically fries). Update: Added a star because even if they didn't reply or contact me it looks like I received a refund
