Dunkin' - Newark

Fast service. Nasty coffee. Order the pumpkin ice signature latte, so I thought. Taste like cream and cold sink water. Lady in there doesn't know coffee from tea. It's a shame. 7$ wasted. Never again. DUNKIN'ERS BEWARE

I ordered an ice coffee door dash and it was delivered with an open top! No seal, no way to keep from someone breathing on it! We are in a pandemic this is absolutely absurd and highly dangerous! Additionally no way to contact the store directly!

I first went through the drive-thru and waited for about 10 minutes, but no one responded when I said hello. After that, I went inside, and one employee told me she wasn't taking orders, even though she was on the clock. There was another employee who said the same thing—claiming she wasn't taking orders while on duty. One of them mentioned she was counting the register. Additionally, she used curse words towards customers and was very rude. I'm going to post a video showing how they treat customers.

I received excellent service during my visit. A young lady named Ashley was incredibly kind and attentive. I'm quite particular about my orders, and she fulfilled my requests without any issues. I've had negative experiences with other Dunkin' Donuts locations, but Ashley made my experience enjoyable. Thank you, Ashley!

This is the best Dunkin' in town! They offer fantastic customer service and serve the best coffee. I love getting my iced coffees with oat milk, along with caramel macchiatos, donuts, and let's not forget the twisted cheese bread. Everything tastes fresh, as if it was made with care and love.
