The restaurant has a pleasant Irish pub atmosphere, but the interior and furniture feel a bit outdated. I really enjoyed my corned beef Reuben; the ingredients were well-balanced. The sweet potato fries were tasty as well. Overall, we'll likely return to this spot regularly since it's a solid choice for lunch.
This restaurant is a fantastic spot with an incredible atmosphere. The food is quite good as well, though it feels a bit pricey for the portion sizes. I paid $15 for three small pieces of fish, which were phenomenal, but I can't help wishing the portions were a bit larger.
The renovations are impressive. The bartender and server are really friendly. It's a historical venue, which adds to its charm. Like many bars in the area, parking can be a bit challenging at times. I can't wait to return for many more visits in the future!
Beautiful place, good food. gary is a phenomenal server!
We had a party yesterday for my Irish immigrant dad. my dad worked on that bar in his 20s. No, he is 80. big eating, great staff, wonderful time and the guiness and smithwicks ale (try it if they don't) are fresh and tasty. bier goes quickly here and no time to go stale in the keg
