By far, the worse popeyes I 've been to. Hopefully, better staff is hired that are more pleasant than the 2 I saw at the store. As soon as I entered the first cashier stopped attending the customers and she started using the phone. After 5 mins, she finally took my order and with an attitude plus sucking her teeth. The store was very limited apparently. They only had chicken and fries. Okay. Fine. I asked her if they could not include the wings, AGAIN with an attitude, she said no, it comes as is . Okay. Got it but can you lose the attitude honey and be more pleasant. Very rude. Her coworker had an attitude as well. I should have just went to the one in harrison . This one was closer which is the only reason why I came plus it 's a commercial area. Definitely, not coming here again.
The overall experience was fair. They honored coupons given, the service was quick, the dessert was hot but the chicken sandwiches were warm. They didn't have an item I really wanted to try.
I went to this location at 9:30 and the door was closed security guard yelling we closed but yet their websites states they open until 11. I don’t have no understanding and then the girl that was guarding the door couldn’t even see with them lashes longer than her face like do better this store haven’t been there at long it’s so disappointing
We bought $30 worth of food for three people. We sat down at a table and began our meal, and in the middle of the meal we were told we would have to leave that the dining room was closed. There was no sign or notice of this of any kind prior to us buying the meal that we couldn't eat in the facility. I felt like giving the half-eaten food back and asking for our money back.
