DON'T GO HERE. No excuse for the way my wife and I were treated. Had a reservation for 6:30 and sat down promptly. Labor day weekend so not every table was full. There was one bartender and 3 waitresses on duty. If you've ever been here, any table is no farther that 10-15 steps from the kitchen or the bar. I flagged down our waitress and put our entire order in right away. 40 minutes later, we had two glasses of water. Had to ask the waitress for our chowder and sides. Waited another 10-15 minutes. At that point, we had been ignored completely, the waitress never even looked our way ONCE!. I had eaten here many times over the years and never experienced this here or anywhere else I've had dinner. We got up and left and had a tremendous dinner with tremendous service at Texas Roadhouse in West Bend. AND FINALLY, the folks behind us didn't have a reservation and were regulars. When the young lady who seated us recognized them, we were seated way in the corner and the folks behind us got a much nicer table AND they got the same waitress as we did EXCEPT they actually got served. This happened on Friday, Sept 1st and I will follow up with a call.
