No one in front of us and plenty of open tables. Finally around 8:00 we were told that they were not seating any more tables. When we inquired why we were told they were “out of fish”, including; salads, coleslaw, cucumber salad, etc. They list about 8-10 different fish types on the menu. And they were “out of all”. How can you call yourself a supper club and be completely out of all the fish on the menu for Friday fish fry. And they certainly didn’t appear to be particularly busy with the number of open tables. The service or lack of service just compounded the bad experience. No No we will not return. No No we will not recommend
Busy Friday, they have a great selection of seafood! Dinner was excellent.
Had the fisherman's platter. Then decided to have a 20-ounce Ribeye cooked to order. Chef Kevin Web went above and beyond creating the best Ribeye I've had in years. I cannot remember a more tender flavorful cut of meat! Thank you for a most enjoyable evening. We were treated like royalty. Parking: Easy location, easy parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent wheelchair access
The owner is cheap piece of work that won’t invest into making the restaurant better. I saw the owner yell at one of the employees in front of me enough to make her cry. He also reeks of alcohol and is definitely tipsy when I saw him. If I could give 0 stars I would. The fact that this place is still named as a supper club is disrespectful to other supper clubs in the area.
DON'T GO HERE.No excuse for the way my wife and I were treated. Had a reservation for 6:30 and sat down promptly. Labor day weekend so not every table was full. There was one bartender and 3 waitresses on duty. If you've ever been here, any table is no farther that 10-15 steps from the kitchen or the bar. I flagged down our waitress and put our entire order in right away. 40 minutes later, we had two glasses of water. Had to ask the waitress for our chowder and sides. Waited another 10-15 minutes. At that point, we had been ignored completely, the waitress never even looked our way ONCE!. I had eaten here many times over the years and never experienced this here or anywhere else I've had dinner. We got up and left and had a tremendous dinner with tremendous service at Texas Roadhouse in West Bend. AND FINALLY, the folks behind us didn't have a reservation and were regulars. When the young lady who seated us recognized them, we were seated way in the corner and the folks behind us got a much nicer table AND they got the same waitress as we did EXCEPT they actually got served. This happened on Friday, Sept 1st and I will follow up with a call.
