slightly off the downtown /restaurant row path, but worth the extra few blocks. small but eclectic and carefully selected menu. great cocktails too.
Favorite bar in Ithaca. Superior cocktails, very friendly staff, and elegant ambiance. Long live Bar Argos, truly a gem in upstate NY
