Spice Tandoori - Newham

Their naan bread was really nice and tasty. They served it fast. But the price was a bit expensive for a naan bread from a fast food place.

By far the tastiest tandoori ive had in London, wings are the best around too. My son loves your wings and pizza too.

Please excuse the long story but the details show the lack of customer service and no care for individual customers. The food looked good so we ordered delivery through HungryHouse. Delivery was meant to be at 18:13 but had no call to say it would be late. We called the restaurant at about 18:25 to be told that the delivery man was just leaving WHAT?! but with no apology. At about 18:40 there was still no word nor sign of delivery so we called HungryHouse who tried to support. The restaurant just said to HungryHouse that they were busy and there was no chance of compensation WHAT?! We cancelled the order at about 18:50 as there was still no word nor delivery. We are awaiting refund. Just a simple call to explain or don't take the order if you can't deliver CUSTOMER SERVICE!

No manners! Poor Customer Service! They get rude if we ask them anything. I didn't even want to eat the food.
