It saddens me to say that the restaurant industry is going down day by day... it's clearly quantity over quality. My food was 25 mins late to come out cold and burnt ... yet it's 25 dollars for 1 entry? Longhorn was one of my favorites....This location needs some work. I understand they're always short staffed the good employees are underpaid so no one cares. This is literally the 3rd time this has happened. Just haven't brought it to the corporation's attention.
Unfortunately, our visit appeared to have transpired during an extremely busy period. We only had a 20-minute wait, but the general appearance of the restaurant was unkempt. I am guessing the staff were focused on serving guests and not so much on tidying things up. It wasn't extremely dirty, but the disarray was noticeable. We ordered the lamb, the service and food were adequate. It was a dinner break as we were heading out of state. If things aren't pointed out they can't be corrected. So the objective here is to solicit improvement.
Enjoyed the lunch menu items, especially the lobster and shrimp soup. I've never been disappointed in the quality of the food at this establishment.
I was very disappointed. They were fairly busy so I sat at the bar. The bartender seemed very seasoned and experienced so I felt comfortable that the service would go well. After taking my order and screwing up my drink, he did a great job of ignoring me. I order the most expensive steak (Porterhouse) because it appears to be the best value on the overpriced steak menu. I also ordered lobster chowder (the bartender assure it was good). The chowder was luke warm and mediocre at best. The steak was grain, tough, overpriced, and overcooked. It had an unusual texture and an unpleasant aftertaste. It appears to be a low quality piece of beef with a lot of tenendoizer on it. It was an expensive disappointment.
