The tacos were perfectly filled and contained long, thin slices of vegetables that added both flavor and texture. They were easy to hold and eat, felt healthy, and everything stayed neatly inside the tortilla—no mess at all. The portion size was very generous, especially for the price—two tacos with tortilla chips and salsa for under $10! What a steal! I also wanted to mention how thoughtful the owner was. I had a sore throat that day, and she kindly kept the spicy ingredients in a separate container for me. Such a considerate and caring touch! The staff is genuinely friendly and eager to help others. You can tell they pour their love and hard work into their food, showcasing their dedication in both their menu and the flavors. This truck is a true gem in our food truck community. I can’t wait to return and try the vegan tacos next time!

I visited the food truck for lunch in Jacksonville today and had a delightful experience. We ordered the truffle herb fries, Baja fish tacos, pulled pork sandwich, and jerk chicken tacos. The truffle herb fries were an excellent start; they were perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and you could really taste the herbs and truffles. Both tacos were fantastic, bursting with fresh flavors that complemented each other beautifully, and the portion sizes were generous for the price. The pulled pork sandwich was outstanding, packed with flavor and delicious in every bite. The menu is diverse, offering a wonderful selection of tasty pairings. If you come across this food truck in the city, be sure to give it a try. The crew working there is fantastic!

I had an excellent Vegan Taco that was bursting with flavor and perfectly balanced. I highly recommend trying the Vegan Tacos!

Today for the first time from there. Had the Korean beef tacos. Wow. Big portion size, amazing taste, perfect heat. Definitely recommend.
