Yagi Noodles - Newport

Stopped by this wonderful restaurant with my family and was welcomed with wonderful service and even more wonderful food! We ordered the Tonkotsu, Spicy Miso Ramen, and Pork Belly Bao.The Tonkotsu was very flavorful and the garnishes were fresh! I never had a fried mushroom with my Tonkotsu before but it was a nice added texture. The Spicy Miso Ramen was great as well, though not too spicy! We did request hot chili oil. The Pork Belly Bao was a great quick bite with an incredible sauce that was a little sweet and sour.As for the drinks, we had ordered the Pandan milk tea and Dragonfruit milk tea. Personally, I think the flavor of the Dragonfruit could be improved on. But the Pandan milk tea, which was something I had never seen before, was refreshing and really had a Pandan flavor!Our server was also very kind and welcoming, and she was quick to accommodate our requests!

Wonderful dining experience! The host and servers were super friendly and considerate, even asking if I had any allergies. Food was amazing and the atmosphere was beautiful. Definitely give the Tonkatsu ramen a shot!

Food is tasty but the portions are bad. Ordered dumplings and karaage chicken, got two buns total (a single pork one and the karaage chicken was a single piece in a folded bun). Most places will give you a few buns and a plate of fried chicken.Same story with the ramen, flavor is good but its all noodles, about twice the amount you expect without much else in the bowl.The price isn't too bad for what you get, but you will probably leave disappointed.

I am Always inspired by good stories this one is born out of Covid misery. A few blocks down this place thrived, moved to a pop up and then opened in their current location. Our server was friendly and helpful! The food was delicious, flavorful and crafted with love. We loved the Chicken Bao, Veggie Dumplings, and especially the Tonkatsu Ramen. The Watermelon Basil Cheong was a hit!!!Highly recommend!
