I am sad and disappointed with Coutore Bakery on their lack of professionalism. I contacted them on Dec.2 by phone and email and asked for a price for a custom cake. I was instructed to email my design and date needed. I did exactly that and did not hear anything for 4 days, so I called them spoke to the gentleman who stated the design was do-able, he would give me a call the next day and that didn?t happen. I have been calling for 3 days straight with nobody picking up the

I was able to pick up a dozen delicious cupcakes at the last minute for my son's birthday, different varieties, and well decorated. I love Couture Cakes by Nika, they have came through so many times for all our special events and the taste and quality is always consistent.

Awesome experience. It was my fathers birthday and it was great. The cupcakes and cheesecake we bought was wonderful. This is the real deal.

Horrible!! They have really gone downhill. Cupcakes are small and I couldn't even eat mine it was like a sponge, hard, not moist at all!! Smallcakes is the place to go. They are what Couture Cakes used to be if not BETTER!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME at Coutures !!!
