Contribuisci feedbackThey have good food, but suck their customer service. They do their own hours. Close in front of the shield at the door, so if you don't get your lucky charm before 7:00. They don't open false advertising until 8:00. Had given them more than 3 stars, but I'm a sticker for good customer service.
Good food for buffet food, not all food is the best to be honest. When I go there, I get the Hibachi, who is the biggest bang for his buck.
The food was delicious, but very expensive. For 3 people it was $50 to take mushrooms and sub extra Broccoli it is 2,50, for extra Yam sauce it is 2,30. The food was great, but the prices are too steep.
Good food for the price, but they should really learn how to roll sushi when they will continue selling it. Sushi is so loose, it could also call shrimp Tempoura salad.
I'd leave 0 stars if I could. This place is ghetto, the customer service is rude. They change prices all the time with no menu or point of reference. This is essentially price gouging. I spent 32 on food just for them to tell me that they only give ginger sauce with steak and that I would be charged .50 if I wanted some. Anyone who has ever had Hibachi before knows that you get both yum yum sauce AND ginger sauce no matter what the protein is. Clearly I didn't order a ginger steak so why must I order steak to get ginger sauce? What if I don't eat red meat? I'm forced to pay for ginger sauce then? I will never give my money to this place again. For what they charge I might as well go to Hayashi and get QUALITY food AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE YOU ARE APPRECIATED!!
