Only mobile order 7/18 at 130 pm. the girl on the way had a job because I put my order late. I had some problems with it, and I've never died with this one before. I will not come back.

The girl who claims the running gear thru headset in the loudspeaker box, she is a manager needs some training. it is rude and does not know the menu. on Saturday at 10:15 and asked for a cookie crumbling cream frapacino she repeated again a mocha cookie crumbling and not told her that I get the without mokka, and she goes on to tell me that they don't do it that way and always try to force me to order something else. then always asked me what I get at location and place of mocha? I don't know you don't make me the drinks. She was very rude and I don't know how she feels. I went with nothing to go to Cnu-Startucks where guess what they knew how to make my drink, but now I'm late for work.

I like to dieucks, but unfortunately it gets more expensive, and every time I order what I want, they never have. So I choose something else, but as I get my other items, it's badly portioned and cold.

Staff friendly, but not as attentive as they could be. Very difficult to gain attention of apparently busy (eyes diverted from customers in front of them) staff while inside store.

The staff is always super nice and friendly. Drinks are good and the double bacon croissant is even better. Always a line but moves pretty quick.
