I have a heavy tomato allergy and the 1st thing I see on my chicken sandwich is a tomate and the entrance said clear as day no tomatoes

They are always nice, but my salate was the last time out of the container, so I didn't get a full salate.

Reviews were right. This Wendy's is VERY stingy with the fries. My large barely had any peeking about the cut down portion of the front. Rude service. Not busy at all, but still wanted me to pull to the mobile spot because everyone behind the counter was on their phones. Now I sound like an old person, thanks kids.

It was a very clean dining area. The majority of the staff worked quickly and efficiently but it seemed their priority was online ordering and not the physical customers waiting in line

My experience that I just had with this place was disgusting. I ordered a number 6 large, and was given small fries and a watered down sweet tea. The girl on the microphone who responded to me when I told her I had ordered a large number 6, and the tea wasn’t sweet said “so what do you want, a refund, different food?” in a very rude and snotty tone. I told her I wanted what I ordered in the first place and a tea that wasn’t nasty. I pulled around and she asked me what my drink was, I again stated a sweet tea and she said “no what drink do you want?” And waved her hands around annoyed. I will never give my business to this disgusting establishment ever again. I’m sad I work right down the road but SO HAPPY I DON’T LIVE AROUND HERE ANYMORE! Where I live we still have southern hospitality and wouldn’t even think to treat someone how they treated me for getting my order wrong. I shouldn’t have even went here again anyway because my coworker found a finger nail in her fries, and I found a hair in my bacon pub fries before here as well. Do not give this Wendy’s your business!
