Hardee's - Newton

If you're considering visiting this restaurant, I suggest you think twice. I ordered a simple burger with mayo and a large fries, which cost around $15 on its own. I waited nearly 20 minutes in an empty restaurant before my food finally arrived. Instead of my order, I received two mushroom and Swiss sandwiches along with two large fries. While my order was wrong, I did appreciate the extra food I ended up eating.

I arrived around 8:15, only to find the doors locked. The staff signaled that they were closed. It's Thursday at 8:15—why is that? Quite strange!

I waited 45 minutes for my food while the employees were arguing with each other. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes just to get my money back. There were also other customers experiencing similar issues with their orders. Is this really the quality of fast food that Newton has to offer?

Avoid this place at all costs! The bathroom was disgusting, and the seating area was dirty. The food was subpar, and I regretted spending $8 here. The health department really needs to take a look at this restaurant. The kitchen was just as filthy. I would share pictures of the men's restroom, but I'll spare you from that. I stopped here because I couldn't read the previous reviews while driving and was craving a good burger. What a disappointment! DO NOT STOP HERE!!!

I visited the drive-thru and found it easy to place my order—the staff member seemed to understand my request without any issues. However, I did have to wait about 10 minutes from the ordering point to the pick-up window, which felt a bit long. When I reached the window, the young lady serving me had a rather indifferent attitude, making it clear she wasn't in the best mood at that moment. That definitely dampened my spirits as well. I work too hard for my money to feel unappreciated when I choose to spend it somewhere. On the bright side, my food was hot and delicious. I suppose I won't completely rule them out just yet.
