Riverbank - Newton Stewart

During my holiday in the area, I decided to stop by a riverside restaurant for lunch. It was quite busy, which suggested that many customers were locals, given the warm welcome from the staff. The restaurant had a pleasant and clean atmosphere, creating a nice vibe. The menu offered a variety of appealing options. I enjoyed a delicious meal that was served promptly. I was particularly impressed with the flat white coffee; it was excellent, especially since many restaurants and cafes struggle to do it well. The prices were very reasonable as well. Overall, it was a lovely dining experience, and I look forward to returning next year when I’m in the area again.

The dining experience was quite enjoyable, with excellent soup and dessert options. The service was good, and while the prices are a bit on the higher side, it's hard to judge how to approach pricing in the current climate after COVID.

The service was excellent, with friendly staff who made the experience enjoyable. The sandwiches were incredibly delicious, and the chips were cooked to perfection. They also provided great options for children.

We have eaten twice here in a week. fabulous fresh food, friendly service and beautiful clean environment. we chose a lighter eating for the second time to make sure that we had space for dessert!

I was in the hair salon, Remedy, that is in the same building as The Riverbank Cafe . Excellent hair stylist, always listens to what you want. Great service. Coffee and cake from Riverbank Cafe was delicious!
