Cod House Whiteabbey - Newtownabbey

I have been to this restaurant several times, but this time I ordered a 4-piece lunch meal. Unfortunately, the order was missing one chicken nugget and all three scallops were very small. I was disappointed with the meal and it may be some time before I return.

I ordered a chicken burger and was disappointed to find that the chicken fillet was extremely overcooked and inedible. I paid £3.80 for it, expecting something better. I would recommend staying away from this place. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.

If you're visiting the area, you have to try the Belfast Pastie Supper from The Cod House! The one I had was delicious - a nice big, spicy Pastie with a crunchy batter and perfectly cooked chips. I highly recommend it and all for just £4.50.

Average food here burgers are ok but chips are undercooked and sauces are watered down, curry, pepper sauce and mayo. Everything greasy too.

This is a decent fish and chips shop with nice people running the joint. Any time I have that craving for bad for you fried food this place always hits the spot and for a very good price. Thanks!
