Buvette - Nice

The eating was good and the environment was nice unfortunately one of the waiters was incredibly rude that spoiled the experience.

This caffe was right after a visit to the chagall museum for a light lunch. the personal was also charming.

Enjoyed a relaxing lunch in the beautiful gardens of the Chagall Museum. Huge, fresh sandwiches and chips good value although I would have liked a little lettuce or tomato on my cheese sandwich but was advised it would be a good few euros extra...so didn't bother.

This is the second time my husband I visited this lovely little café within the grounds of Musée Marc Chagall. It is positioned within the gardens of the museum offers both inside outside seating. We opted for inside seating in order to...shield us from the sun. They offer a range of sweet treats like assorted crepes; ice cream; sundaes; milkshakes, etc a range of hot cold sandwiches. A Croque Monsieur sandwich was €8.50 a banana split was €7.00 good portion sizes. There was also free wifi available within the café. There are no toilets within the café but you can access the museum toilets without having to pay an entrance fee. Such a cute café in a lovely garden area I would go back to the museum just to visit Buvette.

We enjoyed very much the nice terrace of "la buvette du musée" eating a "quiche" and a salad. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere, simple but fresh and tasty food, excellent value for money!!
