Fueso Nice

This tiny and unassuming restaurant massively exceeded our expectations. The menu is not extensive but offers delicious, fresh and healthy food to eat there or take away. As the name suggests, the concept is a fusion of cuisines. Essentially they serve bowls of rice topped with fish, fruit and vegetables. The fish choice is between raw(sashimi), marinated (ceviche) or cooked accompanied by avocados, salads, pomegranates, mangoes etc. There is a vegetarian option too. The portion sizes are fairly big and the unusual combinations are light, healthy and delicious. During our 2 week stay in Nice, we needed up going there 3 times.

Fantastic combination of different tastes, textures and colorful! We had poke with salmon and fusion sensation with chicken and some nice dessert banana with yoghurt and everything was tasty. I recommend you to visit this place if you are in any of cities they are operating.

Exzellent fresh and top quality food (Cevice) in the very midst of Nice. Not cheap but definitely worth the money! Recomendation: „Fuso Lunch“, i.e. main course ceviche , drink and dessert. Nice location and staff Will be back soon!
