L'Horloge - Nice

We chose this restaurant with the tripadvisor. There are always a lot of people but if you ask the staff, they will do their best to organize the table. for my appetizer I chose the caipirinha. very good cocktail based on janeiro cachaca, citric flavor similar to mojito. for my main dish, I ordered fish of the day that, this time, was delicious, I suppose, a small red fish marinated with wild rice and a nice fresh salad on the side. I saw him later in the mall the fayette and it was called red. Maybe I'm wrong about the name of the fish. My daughter ordered a duck magret with apricot sauce. She loved it, too. the restaurant is located next to the beautiful replica of the statue of the crotone milon, a very famous athlete of Greek mythology.

The clock is well located near the masséna square and has a terrace. We had a good dinner and the food was good. the service was fast and very friendly.

We were looking for a relaxed but not a general public lunch and found this charming restaurant attached to the hotel aston la scala. exceptional French cuisine of the dishes of the day - blue cord. good service, cheap, friendly staff.

I came here for a birthday dinner. I've already eaten here three to four times, every time excellent, but tonight was so good that I felt I had to leave a comment. the entrance of crab and avocado was good, could have been accompanied by a lemon stroke to compensate for the bitterness of the salad. The lamb stock was exceptional. The meat fell from the bone. My wife's fish was excellent, with a rich butter sauce that was "gourmand" but that left the dish light. the price is a bit above the average but certainly falls in the category of value-for-price ratio. the interior was so empty, strange because the food is so good, but perfect for a romantic night compared to the noisy and crowded restaurants of the old town.

8 people in conference have a little bit galered because many restaurants in Niçois were closed on Sundays. a friend recommended the clock, and it was by far the best meal of the trip. refined cuisine really amazing. We used the menu on the map and everyone was really happy, no matter if we ordered fish, lamb or chicken. chic restaurant with plenty of space, suitable for good conversations.
