Fast forward to a light brunch in 2017, the feeling is the same. We wanted something light, so we ordered the fish taco, and oh boy it was goood. Since the chicken with spinach also sounded light, we decided to get it. Only to find out the beneath the chicken spinach goodness is a serving of the best dirty rice ever! Yeah, we wanted a light meal. But by now, im sure you already know how this all ended. Fell in love with Maple the first time, and in love with them still
Place: Not crowded, has a nice location with clean and attractive decorations. Staff is polite and accommodating. Food: Carbonara, especially their Black Truffle Pasta is a must-try. All other menus are served in big portions and are all yummy. Price: It's quite expensive for breakfast but it's all worth it. There are meals that are on budget but if you want to try their bestsellers, you might need to shell out additional cash.
Passed by for a refreshing drink. My cousin wanted one and he said this lemon cucumber drink is nive and chill. A bit sour but it is quite nice and refreshing. Maple is the sister company of pancake house with a more high end feel.
One of the lesser known options in San Antonio plaza, doesn't disappoint though. They do breakfast food really well and the recipes are reminiscent of pancake house. The 3pc fired chicken and fluffy egg omelette are to die for!
A very inviting place from the outside. Inside it gets better with cozy and chill interior. Made better when you sit on their classy couch. It does come with price. Meals are on the high 500. So we manage a balance of orders for a merienda snack. What’s really good was the Arugula Salad- freshly made with a balance in a plate. Perfect with a fight of saltiness from cheese and sweetness from walnuts! What’s good was the club house. It was presented really well and packed with all sorts. I’ll come back to eat this again.
