My husband and I came to eat here around 3pm after shopping because we actually like eating at mesa but haven’t been to this particular one. There wasn’t a lot of people (only 2 tables) when we entered and no one greeted us. We were pointed on where to sit. The temperature was hot since they were only using coolers and we were ok with that but we were bothered because we were waiting for a good 15-20 mins and no one came by to take our order or even offer a drink. It was a horrible experience. We will not come back here ever!!!!

When we entered the restaurant everybody was busy. We were never greeted and we were just pointed where to seat. After this server gave us the menu. Seating for about 20 minutes no one approach us to take our orders or even bothered to offer a glass of water. Servers and staff are rude. I will never come back to this restaurant anymore. Your crew will be lazy there, they don't seem to want to feed when there is volume, substandard service. orders are not issued. The crew just ccp. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
