I'd often find myself stuck and married to my bed on days the sun is shy but the idea of indulging in good food is always very tempting. And so, I headed to Makati with R and his family for lunch on one gloomy Sunday. Hello, Tsumura Sushi Bar Restaurant.
A little pricey but the food taste good. They offer so many options. My favorite is the Chirachi Kyou which allows you to try a variety of different type of fish/sea food. Really fresh and the piece of raw fish are quite big. The staff is proactive and attentive. You have to go inside the Corporate Center and ask to go to the 2F to find it. (Please note that there is two emtrance to the building and must go to the one on sedeno st)
Long standing Japanese restaurant that I last visited a decade ago in my pre Zomato days! I ordered their Sashimi Moriawase Ume and it was fantastic. The sashimi was laid out on a bed of shredded daikon. There was a variety of fresh fish slices salmon, tuna, octopus, squid, shrimp, uni and a few others that I do not recognize. I got full just eating this one plate of delicious sashimi
Soooo many food choices that you might run the risk of over-ordering due to wanting to try many options. Authentic Japanese food. The chikuwa cheese age is good. Enjoyed the fresh, assorted seafood sashimi. Excellent service! Okay ambiance. Place is old though and lighting can be improved.
I didn’t expect the food to be so good. One of the best yakisoba I’ve had. Sashimi is also good. Ambiance feels like a local restaurant in Japan. Pork and chicken on the mix bbq stick has good flavor but a bit salty beef though is very good. Hope they get to improve the restrooms.
