Create Niles

The moment you step through the door, you're greeted by a fantastic atmosphere. The dining area is beautiful, featuring stunning artwork from local artists that you can actually buy. The waitstaff was excellent—friendly, quick, and courteous. The food was outstanding; I had the brisket mac and cheese grilled cheese alongside mac and cheese with bacon and BBQ sauce. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to try something new!

I visited this restaurant for the first time and I can't wait to return! The atmosphere was fantastic, the food was incredible, and there were plenty of great options for cocktails, beer, and other drinks. Upon entering, I noticed the walls adorned with countless paper cut-outs and stunning pieces of art. Each table is covered with paper and comes with colored pencils, inviting you to create your own masterpiece. The artwork displayed on the walls is available for purchase from local artists. Additionally, our server was incredibly friendly, and our food arrived quickly. This might just become my new favorite spot in Niles!

To start, we received the wrong drinks, and one of them was also poorly mixed. As for the food, it wasn't terrible, but it certainly didn't justify the prices. What they refer to as beer cheese is far from the usual expectation—it's not even worthy of being called beer cheese. While the brisket and sauce on my sandwich were good, the mac and cheese was dry and lacked flavor, ultimately dragging down the overall quality of the sandwich.

Husband and I went to this hidden gem for a date night and I have to say it was an amazing experience! The food was some of the best I've ever had. We started with the lobster ravioli and couldn't eat it fast enough. Husband had the shrimp and grits and I had the chicken lingui, both some of the best we've had. The pear and elderflower martini was delicious. Our waitress was never too far away and there when we needed her. It was so cool to have a live, local artist painting while we ate! Do not hesitate to try this place. We will definately be back next date night!

We chose Create to have a family party for our son that was graduating. The atmosphere is inviting. The menu is broad in taste and price and has something for everyone. We brought 22 people with us. Everyone loved their meals and appetizers. The cocktails were amazing. Our waitresses were great. The live music, an artist painting, the large screen showing art being drawn, and the ability to draw on your own was entertaining for all ages. I hope word spreads about this lovely place! By the way, all the art on the walls is for sale. I will return to pick up a few pieces for my home! How cool is that?
