Jimmy John's - Niles

I came in, ordered my sandwich and waited patiently while the young lady prepared my sandwich. She was almost finished and a tall, bearded man came in from outside. I didn’t know who he was. He came behind the counter, grabbed my sandwich with no gloves and put it in the bag. I don’t know if he was trying to help her, but it was literally just me in the store. She didn’t need any help, and I don’t like that he didn’t wash his hands before touching my sandwich. It was wrapped, but that’s beside the point. He’s coming from outside he needs to wash his hands before touching any food at the restaurant.

Ordered curbside pickup, but no updates on the app that food is ready for pickup. Secondly, when reached, no parking available at 1:30pm and was waiting in car for pickup, but no one came for curbside pickup.

Went there this Sunday and the service was incredible!

Went in at 8:30 pm. Ordered a large ice tea. Filled my cup with ice, there was no tea. The clueless moronic employees refused to give a refund. I won't be back to this dump.

Canceled order due to no delivery driver. Why have that option if you don't have delivery drivers?
