Contribuisci feedbackWhere to start? It was wonderful. The best restaurant in our life! It's our first star and say it was magical! Three hours of pure happiness! From the beginning to the end, everything was perfect, the flavors are amazing and golden as you need. We took the menu in 8 services, aperitif and digestive. Everything with the accord mets and wines adapted to my companion who loved only the red wine. A special mention to the sommeliers who were impressive, the gravity and their pleasant service with a hint of humor and relaxation as you need, which makes it comfortable without too much chichi that you can meet in some places, the waitress and waitresses are adorable, in small care, discreet and smiling. We had a moment of emotion like we've never been. We were surprised by the flavours and some mixtures. The personal favorite for the bull tartare and the redt as well as the small bite at the soft end of the basilica cream it seems to me as well as the sorbets spiruline and verveine, although everything else was perfect as much as it is difficult to make a choice. And the fabulous mouths that come to tick the taste buds of waaa! For those who think they don't have enough or too much, it's just dried as you need, we went out of the restaurant with the belly well filled but probably not with an empty belly or too full that digests bad! It was like that. Thanks to everyone and the person at the entrance for their warm welcome and the availability and kindness of the Chef who came to see us with our signed card for the anniversary of my companion. We'll come back when the opportunity comes. Beautiful place, beautifully decorated in a beautiful garden. Well-deserved stars! Thank you again for this exceptional moment that we will remember our whole life.
Very nice establishment. It's not cooking, it's art. The staff is exemplary and in care. Decorative sought and armoured. Only praises to discover on reservation. Ah I forgot the only small flat the water carafe at 5€ is abused....
Sophisticated interior and exterior frame, as much as the gastronomy served, trying to reveal the flavours of the terroir in original forms, such as radish ice or salicorne, rhubarb infusion, and the dessert library, with perfect service and original regional wines in adequacy as a 7-year-old roussane with a taste of spicy bread and a maury with chocolate flavor.
Moments unforgettable spent in this beautiful establishment, because everything was perfect: a magnificent place, a very professional and attentive service but without chichi, a superb dishes, a tasting menu in 11 intentions that was a feast for our taste buds from beginning to end. What work is on every plate and it's so fast eaten! Originality, presentation, product quality, combination of flavours, taste, staging, everything is there. We are accustomed to star tables, and this one is part of our top 3. Bravo to the Chef, to his charming wife and all his brigade for this wonderful meal on the occasion of my dear husband's 60 years. And thank you Chef for spending a little time at each table at the end of service, it's a pleasure to meet you and chat with a passionate! Good continuation to you and continue to treat us for a long time!
Very good address. Very nice room, pleasant even in winter (so without terrace. A special mention to Baccarat glass. Nothing to say about the service, very friendly staff. The attached photos are the dishes of the map. Copious. All dishes, quality ingredients and well chosen associations (the floating island with truffle! Very good experience!
