We went to the dumpling restaurant on 09/04/2021 in Nizhny Tagil. We visited in August. We ordered dumplings and cake. There were no napkins with the dumplings. When we asked the chef, he said they don't have napkins, only plates. We won't be returning to this restaurant as the food was not tasty.

I haven't had the dumplings yet, but the cutlets are outstanding.

I used to go there regularly, but once I saw cockroaches walking around, I was surprised and stopped going. Later, as I passed by, I decided to stop and eat there, but was surprised to find bread with mold. I no longer go there, but the dumplings are delicious.

"Good old-fashioned pelmeni, everything you need to quietly sit and enjoy. The pelmeni are excellent!"

The Owl Cafe is a cozy, dimly lit establishment. As visitors from out of town searched for a place to eat, they spotted it by chance. They decided to go in, but once inside, they were confused by the lack of announcements or visible employees. It was unclear if they offered any special services.
