We regret choosing to dine at this restaurant as our experience was extremely disappointing. Our orders were mixed up, the customer service was non-existent, the staff were rude, and they never had our online orders ready on time. Despite receiving a notification that our order was ready, it took an hour for it to actually be prepared for pick up online. When my husband arrived at the restaurant, they claimed they did not have our order until we showed them the email confirming its readiness. It then took an additional 20 minutes for our food to be prepared. Upon returning home, we discovered that the crazy bread we ordered was undercooked and inedible, resembling a soft doughy blob with uncooked portions. Despite our children being famished and eagerly eating the rest of the food, we had to discard the uncooked bread. The lack of quality and service at this restaurant has significantly declined in the past couple of years, and it is surprising that they are still in business. Despite promises from the company to address issues, the service has only worsened. Little Caesars does not seem to care about improving their service or food quality, as evidenced by the consistent negative reviews and poor experiences customers continue to have. It is clear that no effort is being made to rectify these issues, and it is best to avoid dining at this establishment as the experience is consistently subpar.
