Burger King - Norcross

I visited this location for the first time, and I must say it was a pleasant surprise compared to some others in the area! I was greeted right away when I entered, my order was taken quickly, and the food was served in a timely manner. My only complaint was that the fries were cooked in old grease that clearly needed to be replaced. It seemed like they were just trying to get through the rest of the night with it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Every time I come to this location for breakfast, they claim to open at 6 AM, but they don't actually start taking orders until around 7 AM. This morning, I sat in the drive-thru from 6 AM until 6:20 AM waiting for someone to take my order, while employees inside were doing nothing. Despite a line of cars behind me, I never got my order taken. This has happened before, and it's incredibly frustrating.

Had good experiences both nights I visited. They were quick and got my orders correct even with having a few adjustments. Food was hot and fresh and what you would expect from a good whopper.

If your website says you're open until 1 a.m. but you’re actually closed, you've wasted my time. Please make sure to update your status. At least McDonald's was open, and the line of 12 cars was worth the wait.

Absolutely the best burger King I've ever been to service is always friendly and one staff member in particular has amazing customer service I made my order and she remembered me from 2 weeks ago and instantly knew my order that's something you don'tget everywhere.
