Burger King - Norcross

The staff at this restaurant are wonderful. I often order triple burgers for my husband, along with meals for myself and our two children. I would have given them five stars for their speed and friendliness, but they frequently forget something in our orders. I always receive my burger, but sometimes my husband's triple burger comes as a double. Additionally, I often request cheese and it gets left out, and there are times when my French fries are missing as well. On a positive note, I always get my drinks right.

Eat was good! but honestly, this has to do with the amazing staff members who helped me find my phone! I have never seen that a fast food crew cares, someone find their phone lol I?m so grateful for helping the woman and guy on the 8pm layer!

The cashier who took my order in the drive thru listened to my order and got the coupon info. He was helpful and easy to understand. While picking up the order I needed to make a change to my order and was able to do so quickly and with no hassles. Great customer service from the cashier and the supervisor who helped authorize the change. I had another great experience here today while using the coupons I received in the mail.

Went through the drive thru. They accepted my coupon. The staff was friendly and the line was short. The food was hot and ?tasty.

I got the fried classic chicken sandwich and small fry. It was good but I swear the sand which it getting smaller, good 4 me cause it don?t think it?s to healthy. It was great service. Clean place, walk in service.
