We have never had a bad experience at DQ. It is consistently excellent, whether we need a quick snack for our 5-year-old or just don't feel like cooking dinner.
The food was good. Props on that. But the service was horrific. I asked for their garlic seasoning in a cup and she just said “No”. That’s it. Just no. I asked can she just put the seasoning in a little cup or something. “No”. Then when I paid they just handed me my food and then immediately just closed the window. I was very nice the whole time so I certainly didn’t deserve this. She wasn’t just dismissive but also outright rude and mean. This was about 4PM Mar26th. Wow. Just wow. The drive through window is not your job lady.
Guy in the front was very rude. We asked him a question and just ignored us. We we're buying a cake for my husband's birthday and when I asked him to put happy birthday on the cake he said they didn't have time for that, we order icecream and he got our order wrong too. Terrible service.
They don’t give me enough mustard for fries (just two tiny packets), so I stopped getting their meals and just order a pair of burgers. End up costing a lot less, too.
