Nicole at Gingerspice Bakery is incredibly kind, professional, and a pleasure to work with. She helped us create a beautiful and delicious high-tier cake for our event, offering a variety of amazing flavors and gluten-free options. She was very accommodating with our ideas and even allowed last-minute changes to be made. The cakes turned out exactly as we had hoped and received many compliments from our guests for their deliciousness and amazing buttercream. My daughter and I had the most wonderful afternoon tea. The food was delicious and everyone was so friendly. We wanted to go back the moment we left. I think this would be a perfect venue for a shower or luncheon also.
