Jimmy John's - Norcross

I have to say, I?ve never been the one to think of Jimmy John?s when deciding on a place to eat, but I am SO glad we went there tonight.. we were scared we wouldn?t get there in time because most businesses unfortunately close 10-15 earlier than theclosing time. I seen they were cleaning up inside, to my surprise when I grabbed the door, IT OPENED???????????? My man doesn?tgo to Jimmy John?s much, and the girl (she complimented my tattoos and was super helpful and sweet) Assisted in helping himdecide on something he wanted. The boy (long-ish curly hair) began working on our order immediately.. I ordered a Tuna, and heordered a Turkey. I?m absolutely BLOWN at how NEAT he made these sandwiches. As I ate, NOTHING fell out of my sandwich, and ittasted SUPER FRESH. I just wanted to commend the 2 that were there who had a MORE THAN EXPECTED SUPERB attitudes. We need moreemployers to employ more people like this... thank y?all so much for just being DECENT HUMAN BEINGS!??

Last time I ordered from door dash it took an hour and 20 minutes to come. When I called and asked “isn’t your thing “Freaky Fast”? “ and I was told “yeah they’re trying to do away with that. Lol .. lastnight i ordered $47 worth of food a whole hour before their closing time and after I CALLED at 8:55 I was informed the order was being cancelled because they didnt have a driver, and that I would be “immediately refunded”. It’s the next day and so far I have not been refunded. This location is ruining the reputation of the brand, for sure.

They blew it lol waited an hour and a half for a delivery, had to just get it refunded these clowns wanted me to wait until my beard went grey I guess

Used to be a reliable place to get a solid, quick lunch on the go. Not sure what happened. The current batch of employees do not seem to give a **** about customer service. What used to be quick can now take forever. If they have a large online order, they'll ignore the customers standing 5 feet in front of them. They often have no ice for drinks. Too many other choices nearby to go back.

We drove 10 minutes to this sandwich shop, and waited while the one person working did his best to take care of multiple customers. Another person was standing in the back looking at something for the 10 minutes that we waited. Finally, he wandered up, and the guy that was taking orders and filling orders said: “I’m just going to tell you all that it’s going to be at least 20 minutes, as I am totally backed up” there were at least 10 people waiting on their orders. We left to have our lunch elsewhere. Terrible service.
