No 1 Hong Kong Bakery - Norcross

I buy a small two-layer green sponge cake from a nearby Asian market, but the only issue is that I'm not sure what flavor it is or what type of sponge it is! All I can say is that it's moist and delicious.

This is definitely one of my favorite spots for Asian birthday cakes topped with fruit. As far as I know, they offer the best prices, and the cakes are beautifully decorated and incredibly delicious! When I'm not ordering cakes, I love getting the strawberry smoothie with lychee topping. My mom also enjoys their pastries. This place never lets us down!

This little gem is tucked away in a corner of the Hong Kong Supermarket. To find it, you need to enter the supermarket and head all the way to the right side of the store. I initially tried to access it through the exterior 'food court' entrance, but that led me to a Vietnamese café instead. Everything I tasted was absolutely delicious. I arrived around 9:30 AM, so there weren’t many items available, but what I tried was incredibly fresh and flavorful. So far, this has been the best Asian bakery I've experienced in the area, and I can't wait to order my birthday cake from here this year!
