Pollo Campero - Norcross

Second time I've been to a campero. 25.00 for two salads I could've made at home for less than $7. I won't be back. Drive thru slow as molasses

This was my second time enjoying the Campero bowl, and I have no regrets because it's absolutely delicious. The restaurant is conveniently located near my home. The only downside is that the app doesn't work for this location, and sometimes the lines can be quite long. However, I've realized that a longer line often means better food. My husband joined me today and he also thought it was fantastic. This is definitely going to be one of my go-to spots!

This is hands down the best chicken I've ever had! I took a girl there yesterday, and she loved it too. We definitely need more places like this on the Southside. Even when the line is long, they are surprisingly quick, so don’t let that deter you. You won’t regret waiting. I’m a bit disappointed that they discontinued the black beans and rice, but the mashed potatoes and gravy are still excellent. I highly recommend this place!

The chicken quality here is outstanding! I really enjoy their bowls, salads, and the spicy chicken sandwich. And wow, they have plantains?! I love plantains, but I prefer them well-done. I didn't specify that when I ordered, so they were a bit undercooked and a little too slimy for my taste, but I'll definitely ask for them to be well-done next time.

I really enjoy this restaurant, but I prefer the one in Brookhaven. In my experience, they allow the grill to get crispier there.
