Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Norcross

The service at this restaurant is frustratingly slow, and they often take a long time to take your order. When the food finally arrives, it's frequently incomplete. My experiences here have been disappointing, despite giving it several chances. Each time, nothing improves. I won’t be returning to this place again.

This restaurant has clear management issues. Before our visit, we checked Google and saw that they were supposed to close at midnight. However, when we arrived, the drive-thru was quite busy. When we finally placed our order, the staff informed us over the microphone that they only had three options available: cookies, sandwiches, and cakes, and that they were supposed to close at 10 PM. It's important to note that we arrived at 10:30 PM and reached the microphone at 10:40 PM. If we were there before closing and you are meant to accept orders until that time, you should honor it. Please ensure your hours are correctly listed on Google, and strive to accommodate customers until your stated closing time.

This Popeyes was terrible. There was no one in line, yet we were left waiting almost 10 minutes just to place our order. My friend had to say hello several times to get their attention, as it seemed like they completely forgot we were there. The staff member who took our order on June 26, 2022, at 8:45 PM really needs to work on her customer service skills and how she interacts with customers. The overall experience was frustrating; we ended up waiting 30 minutes to receive our food despite there being no one else in line. While the employees were nice, the communication and service need significant improvement.

I live 5 minutes from these popeyes and tried to go four or five times and each time was a mess. they never have anything, take forever and make their own hours. I try to understand, I know there are supply chain and personaling problems, but today was the last threat. we waited 30 minutes and had to get a refund that because the staff were yelling and physically fighting in the kitchen out. when I went from the drive thru to get the refund, I was revived, we did not get the food because the restaurant was disgusting and the girl at the front touched the eating with her bare hands. I'll never be here again. they save themselves the injuries of the health code.

My first 1 star review. 2 people ahead of me. Wait time was 1 hour 6 minutes. At 40 minutes they refused to return my money. My mashed potatoes were sitting on top of a table behind the steam table. Once boxed the worker sat them on the front counter as other customers pushed them around while waiting. After 35 minutes a drive through customer said he had been at the speaker for 30 minutes. Stacks of chicken everywhere not being boxed up. The new worker asked me 4 times what my meal was with a duplicate receipt in his hand. Ive never seen anything like it.
