I ordered a meatball footlong, but when the employee went to scoop the meat, there were only two meatballs left in the pan. He offered me a different option, so I decided to go with chicken instead. After we ordered and paid for our food, I later noticed that I was charged for the chicken, which was an additional $1.20 compared to the meatball sandwich. I felt it was unfair to charge me extra when it was their decision not to prepare more meatballs. But I guess you live and learn. Also, a quick tip: steer clear of the cookies! They tasted like they had been sitting out for a few days.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding, with exceptionally friendly and professional staff. This is one of my favorite subway locations to visit. The food always tastes fresh and is prepared just the way I like it. The staff anticipate my order and start preparing it as soon as I walk in. Keep up the great work!
Terrible experience! I arrived around 7:10 PM, and the staff member rolled his eyes at me as if I was inconveniencing him by arriving an hour before closing. He was rude and unfriendly throughout my visit. He had a long beard that he didn't cover while preparing my food, and I was appalled to see him adjusting his turban while doing so. Quite disappointing!
Fast service and tasty food! Clean lobby and restrooms too. Their cookies are always super fresh
Go there about once a week. They always do a good job.
