Contribuisci feedbackI stopped by to grab a sandwich for my son and me, but the experience was disappointing. The business was quite slow, yet there were three employees present. The area with the tables was noticeably dirty while all three cashiers were hanging out inside. One of them was even just sitting there, absorbed in her phone and not doing anything. It was frustrating to see such a lack of effort.
Her unfriendly demeanor and attitude were unprofessional. I requested that she simply ring up my order, as I didn't want to argue about the sub's name any further. Unfortunately, that wasn't the end of the unpleasant experience; she loudly announced to someone in the kitchen that I was arguing with her while I stood there, seemingly wanting to assert her supposed correctness. When I asked for her name and the name of her manager, her response was, "Please tell my boss, her name is Saleema. Good luck." It was clear that this Subway location lacks respect for its customers and falls short in providing basic customer service etiquette and ethics necessary for running a business. Additionally, the tables were dirty, and other customers had to ask employees for assistance with their orders. The only attitude I encountered from Kareena was one of arrogance, as if she knew everything and was always right, all delivered in a loud tone and with a complete disregard for proper customer service.
They did add the jalapenos upon my request, but they simply placed cold cheese on top of them. When I mentioned that it was cold, they asked if I wanted it toasted. The advertisement certainly did not depict nachos topped with a lump of cold cheese and no jalapenos, or I wouldn't have come here in the first place. Eventually, they took the box back and warmed up the cheese. I understand it was busy, but there is no excuse for the lack of attention and courtesy that resulted in such a simple order being prepared incorrectly.
I order from subway app and orderd from wrong location and i called it took 20 rings before someone pickedup I wanted to cancel and get a refund back to my form of payment. The person I talked to said she did not understand me I spoke engjlish very well and I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager she said they don't have one. I know for a fact they have one. She asked for my number and she said the manager will get back in contact which i know is a lie. cause she the hung the phone up rudely. This is the worst location for subway. I am not a happy camper . I will be sending this to the bbb about this location as well.and disputing with my card company as well.
Guy was friendly at all, then he didn't wrap my sub after I asked him to, he continued to put it in a paper bag. He obviously didn't understand my English, and kept saying yes to me trying to put tape stickers on the bag to seal it. I can't eat at places if uyou can't understand what I'm saying!
