Had a nice evening when we were visiting Vigen at Dyvig Badehotel. Its a very lovely room, very nively decorated. We had a four course menu with a wine menu. The food was great and so was the wines. Even though the portions was small, they were very tasteful so you were completely stuffed when you finished (and I use to eat a lot! The waiters were friendly only one thing, we wonder why some of the guests were served wine more often than others (and they were on the wine menu . We would love to go back again to visit this great hotel and the Restaurant.

Super 8 course menu with wine pairing. Classical french. Heavy sauces. Excellent fish/shell fish servings. Brilliant wines. It was a very heavy meal and took med a bad nights sleep and 24 hours of digesting to recover. I guess that comes down to preferences and what you are used to. I would probably prefer something lighter and greener. That does not, however, detract anything from the quality of this meal. Very high quality!
