Pizza Hut - Norridge

My order was not correct, that's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. I will say the young woman who took my order was new, and she was nervous as we had special requests, but she did the best she could. The reason I give 4 stars was, however, because the other young woman, the manager, treated the situation very well. She was completely professional, and seemed really apologetic for the mixture up that, paired with her calm and understanding and compassion for her employees was brilliant!!! Professionalism best. Something very rarely seen in large chain restaurants. I wish I had caught her name so I could post it here, but I was on Tuesday night at 7:00 on 17. May there.

Sort by pizza hat in a while and the taste is still so good. I recommend ordering on the website or app for execution, instead of ordering your food in the store. It may take 25-30 minutes if you order in-store.
