Contribuisci feedbackI had a negative experience at this restaurant when the cashier tried to keep my change. I had to ask for it back, and he claimed he forgot. This has happened before at other fast food places as well. Be cautious and keep an eye on your money.
Asked for katsup a few times was ignored all of them bad attitude from staff totally ignorant, Never again
I noticed that my order was ready to be packaged, but it sat in the tray for almost 5 minutes before I finally inquired if there was someone available to serve the food. Another order that arrived after mine was quickly bagged and served by a different employee at the drive-thru. The cashier gave a dismissive response, saying she was only on cash duty. Eventually, I got the attention of the manager and asked the same question: "Is there someone serving the food or not?" He answered with an attitude, stating there was no reason to be upset and rolling his eyes. I was simply asking a valid question, as my food had been ready for over 5 minutes. When he handed me the bag, I reached out to grab it, but he dropped it on the counter.
Order wrong in drive thru. Got medium fries, paid for a large. Would have ignored it but fries were cold! I went in the restaurant to get my order corrected and surprised by incredibly rude counter service. Told I was disrespectful by leaving the med. fries and taking the large. Yelled at me to never come back as I walked away. LOL Did he honestly think I would ever return for cold fries, cold burger and terrible management! I was given less than I paid for and terrible service. I was the one disrespected.
I used to visit this restaurant every day to purchase coffee before work and occasionally for my colleagues too. However, the other day I ordered a coffee before work and found it to be overly sweet that I couldn't even drink it, so I had to throw it away. When I informed the lady at the drive-thru the next day about what happened, she accused me of lying. As a result, I have decided to stop being a regular customer at this restaurant and will instead go to Tim Hortons. Unlike this restaurant, Tim Hortons actually addresses customer concerns rather than dismissing them as lies.
