The Sub Place - North Bay

Go here at least every two weeks. Chicken gyro, skin on and spices-unreal. Lamb gyro is also good, and the club sub i get often! Awesome fries here too!

This place is awesome. When I go by myself I often have the BBQ chicken sub, skin on, but I also love the full souvlaki dinner. As a family we get the mega meal deal with two BBQ chickens, salad and great fries/chips.

I've been in North Bay for 2.5 years and their gyro is the best thing I've eaten, anywhere, ever. I don't even care for lamb much. It tastes so good. What I get is mild, extra extra sauce and extra extra extra black olives. I take it home and put it in the oven at 350 for 12 minutes, on a pan with holes in it. It makes the shell firm and crispy. It's massive, it's heavier than any fast food burger. The amount of meat in it is super hefty, it falls out, subway can't compete. It's also relatively cheap at $9.50. When people say they're visiting the city I recommend the trails and this gyro. The spicey gyro can be a little hot, try the mild first. It surprises me that something so simple I find better than any fast food. I like to think about what this gyro would do if sold from a food truck.

This is a classic sub shop. Great selection and fresh ingredients. Really enjoyed my sandwich and I’ll definitely stop by next time I’m in town.

Had the Gyro Pita with a fry, very reasonable prices very filling and super yummy food 10 10 will eat there again next time I'm in the bay. Staff was also very friendly and attentive. Thank you for everything!
