. I called every butcher shop within 50’miles and they all recommended to call this place as they would have the most exotic cuts. Yet when I called the women who answered said she’s not a butcher and has no idea about what I’m talking about and would not direct me to someone who was knowledgeable. Cold like dead meat.

Prices were a bit steep but it was very good. Excellent burger and appetizers. This place has something for everyone. Give it a shot if you are in that area of Austin

Overall enjoyed our experience. However, they served us a big pate with a large piece of mould on it. I asked if that was normal and they said Yes . Cut it off and ate it, survived lol, whatever they 're the experts. Google says pate shouldn 't be mouldy. lol

No WAGYU. Told us on the phone they had wagyu and we drove an hour there and just pointed at Texas steaks. NO wagyu here.

The burger was not terrible but left much to be desired- the “medium” burger was prepared more like medium well which in a place priding themselves on meat is unacceptable. The fries are quite thick and paired with the house made ketchup was not a satisfying combination. Wanted to love this place but they let me down on simple details like a good burger!
