The parking was convenient and my order was correct. I used the kiosk to place my order and had enough points for a complimentary sandwich.

I don't understand why this restaurant gets such low ratings. The service was friendly, the food was delicious and high quality. Although they forgot the fries initially, they were fresh, crispy, and tasty when they arrived, accompanied by a nice sauce. Despite it being close to closing time, the staff took their time with our order. As a gesture for the inconvenience, we were given 2 complimentary cookies. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the lack of atmosphere - no music or TV made it a bit awkward. Overall, it was a decent experience but could use some background entertainment.
