Big Billy's Burger Joint

If I could give my server/bartender a zero I would do so. Very rude. Never once checked on us. She got our drinks and sat them down. Took my order with my back to her, literally had to turn around to ask questions. Bun on the burger was so hard it fell apart. This is my favorite burger joint. I also understand we all have bad days. However, being a nice is part of your job. Our server literally dropped the refill off and with our check asked how things were. At this point it's to late to recover.7/9 I come here because it's my grandsons favorite place. However, why is it you can't get a refill k your empty glass?

First time here. The wild boar was delicious. I went with no bun and didn't feel like it took away from anything.

Service was great, Stanley was attentive and kind. Burgers however, were like unseasoned taco meat. No flavor or seasoning what so ever to the burger. Fries and tots were great and fried crispy, but would never come back for the burgers..

Great burgers and great service, waitress was super friendly and kept our drinks full

We had the sweetest waitress! The owner seemed to be giving her a super hard time though. It actually made us a tad bit uncomfortable.
