Jim 'n Nick 's -b-q - North Charleston

2nd time I've been here in the afternoon in the drive thru. Miserably SLOW. I used to come here quite frequently years ago, not sure what's changed or it may be they are short staffed. Hope they get help soon if that's the case.

The food was so good. The server was horrible had to ask and wait for everything

BBQ CHICKEN WAS GOOD, MOIST AND NOT GREASY. BBQ (CAROLINA) WAS GOOD, THERE WAS ATLEAST A POUND OF BBQ PORK ON THE SANDWICH. WONDERFUL STAFF.

Great BBQ, great service, really nice restaurant. I highly recommend it!

The quality of the ribs and chicken ordered (3 seperate orders) were tough and lacked the flavor of previous orders we have had from them in the past. What was worst was the lack of care and common courtesy the manager did not give when calling to explain the concern of the order outlining specifically. Instead of apologizing or attempting any type of resolution they voiced how no other customer had called with any concerns completely deflecting and taking no accountability to resolve. My co … – show
