Mcdonald's - North Charleston

Went to this McDonalds today to order and before I went to order I asked to used the rest room and the manager on duty looked at me and stated that the restroom doors were lock. I do know that this facility is in a bad drug neighborhood, however when a paying customer comes in to used the restroom and to wash hands before getting food you should accommodate this for infection control. This has put a bad taste in my mouth for this McDonalds. We should do better in the customer service process. I do understand your jobs are hard, however customer service should be number one!

The service was god awful. Be prepared to carve 30 minutes out of your day. I hope you like cold food because that’s all you’ll get here.

Ordered mac double and small fries and added lettuce and tomatoes .for a family member at hospital . At the drive thru .Burger was wrong . No mayo ,no pickles as is standard no tomato had about 3 sm shreds of lettuce and some omions .wasnt even warm .fries cold .

Long wait at night with barely any cars ! Ridiculous ! No fresh
