O'charley’s Restaurant Bar

Remarkably mediocre. service was fine but nothing standout; it wasn't bad either, perhaps a tad slow for a Sunday. The food, again, fine; uninspired but not bad. The burger on the patty melt wasn't especially flavorful, seems like the onions, cheese, and Texas toast are meant to offset it. Drink prices are good though. I'm personally not in a hurry to go back.

Gary was legitimately the best waiter we’ve ever experienced! He was extremely kind- very attentive. He did an impeccable job! if he’s your waiter you’re in good hands! Gary deserves a raise. the food was okay, a few people in our party weren’t satisfied with their meal but we never complained. love, the loud family.

UPDATE*Went a 2ND TIME (5/23) GOT THE same waitress and another great experience, and the salmon is great. Our waitress was awesome! We were in from our of town, and she helped us with all local questions as well as the menu. Great experience. Great food.

I will never visit this place again it took us 2 hours to get our food, and the manager is the worst. Henry is the manager, worst manager I’ve ever come across, no apology no empathy. By the way the loaded bake potato soup was DISGUSTING! The potato skins were dry, and the sauces look as if was sitting under the heat lamp for hours.I’m sure it will be a matter of time before they close.

I read the reviews before going so I decided to try it since I’m the area tonight. First off I stood waiting to be seated and another waitress told the host someone is there. She got up from a booth in the bar area and seated me. Next I waited almost :10 minutes before someone waited on me. She took my drink order which was water. She brought the water back and was hoping for the bread they usually put on your table with the drink order…NO Bread. She then took my order which I got the southern tenders meal and ask for the house salad as soon as possible. Within minutes I get the entire order and salad all together and NO bread. My server sat my meal down and walked off and never came back…. I asked another waitress if she could bring me bread and extra brown gravy for the meal which she did. My server never came back to check on me, ask me how everything is or anything. She never said thank you etc…just put my bill on the table and walked away….Also I question how quickly that food was cooked since it’s suppose to be hand breaded chicken tenders and fried. Not precooked stuff. It took less than five minutes to bring my salad and main dish out. The food was just ok at best and actually a fresh salad but the service is so bad I will never visit again.
