Panera Bread - North Charleston

Shut this place down! I keep going thinking service will improve. Every time I come here there is an issue with my order. Like how hard it to make a bagel and latte. Today I received my HOT latte COLD. I order in the app while pulling in the drive thru. Sat there for a min before being told the drive thru was closed. Went in to get my order though t it was strange the cup was not hot went to take a sip and it was like it was sitting there for an hour. Didn’t have time to go back as I was already late to work due to their short staff. Wouldn’t bring my dog here

Horrible experience every time I decide to go to this location, if you like Panera do yourself a favor and drive somewhere else.

There will be no cars online, a few people inside and will still take forever getting your food prepared. They always run out of ingredients. How do you have no bread at Panera? Also no brownies.

Takes a long time to give to the app driver, the soup is literally disgusting, and everything is cold.

First time here and ordered a caramel latte with a soufflé. Was told that the steamer is not working so no latte. Waited in line for 10 mins only to get to the window and was told they have no soufflé ?‍?
