Starbucks - North Charleston

Unfortunately, my experience at this Starbucks was disappointing. I made a purchase at 11:15, and after waiting 15 minutes, I was still without my order. When I inquired about it, the cashier pointed out that two more people were ahead of me, despite the fact that there was no line. There was no assistance offered, and no second barista was present. I'm really let down because this isn’t the level of service I’ve come to expect. Waiting 25 minutes for my order during the late morning is just unacceptable.

The staff at this restaurant is fantastic—friendly, courteous, and attentive. They respond quickly to requests. However, I was disappointed to find that only Pike coffee is offered hot. Given the season, it would be great to have Christmas Blend and Caffè Verona available as well. After all, it is a coffee shop, right?

Daria was incredibly friendly and kind, effortlessly managing to be nice to everyone despite being busy running around. There were only two staff members working, yet they handled at least 10 cars in the drive-thru. I really appreciate her hard work!

Lily, the manager, absolutely topped off an amazing evening! I had just proposed to my girlfriend and we needed some water. Lily, and her staff were so friendly, congratulatory, and warm, I would love to stop back in and see them any time we are in Charleston. Her strong leadership and care for the customer shows in every aspect of this store.

I walked into this location and ordered 6 cheese danish, an apple oatmeal macchiato, and a medium coffee. Within the first 5 minutes they had my danish ready. However while waiting for my drinks I noticed they started taking care of everyone else and even when it got empty no one worked on my drinks. Finally after 25 minutes they finished with the macchiato but still no coffee. I was told that they?d be working on it, so I waited and 10 minutes later I hadn?t received it. Fair to say I?m never going there again.
